Policies

Policies sounds a little intimidating but it's just some general things I'd like people to know about me when interacting with me and my creative works.

Any visual or written work I create is PROHIBITTED for usage as or promotion of (1) Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) (2) generative AI or machine learning models (3) commercial usage such as merchandise production, both digital and physical, or brand promotion unless otherwise allowed by contract or previous written agreement.Reuploading of my works is PROHIBITTED with the following exceptions:
✧ Commissioned work by the commission recipient.
✧ Art contest/zine/project hosts for works related to said contest/zine/project.
✧ Original character artwork by owner of the subject character and parties permitted by said owner.
✧ Artwork gifted to friends by said friends.
✧ Prior written agreement.Please let me know of any cases in which my usage policy is being violated.✦ AUTHORIZED USE OF CREATIVE WORKS ✦
I allow my art to be used in the following personal, non-commercial uses:
✧ Handmade paper crafts and physical transformative works (journaling, scrapbooking)
✧ Credited use as icons and banners
✧ Phone/tablet/computer wallpaper
✧ Only for work publicly posted prior to January 1, 2020: Low-quantity (<5) production of prints and stickers for personal enjoyment.Please do not abuse this by reproducing merchandise available for sale. Plainly, DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN COPIES OF MY PRINTS, STICKERS, KEYCHAINS, AND ACRYLIC PRODUCTS TO AVOID PAYING ME.If you would like to license an image for a project or are interested in commissioning me for commercial work, please inquire at [email protected]✦ I'M 18+ ✦
I'm a legal adult in my country. I will talk about/joke about mature topics and draw suggestive art. The very, very occasional explicit artwork posted on my social media, you must opt into viewing (the image will be hosted elsewhere). IF I HAVE YOU BLOCKED, IT'S A 99% CHANCE IT ISN'T PERSONAL.I have a truly ridiculous number of muted/blocked accounts due to the aggressive algorithms found on social media showing me a lot of content I do not care to see, most of it harmless content. Twitter/Instagram's search/mute functions are dog-shit so sometimes I just go nuclear and block anything from harmless fandom spam, spoilers, slightly negative opinion that irritated me for some reason, etc.Sorry to all my mutuals who I met on another SNS/IRL and we realized at the same time I blocked you on twitter and I couldn't even remember why ദ്ദി╥ ᴗ ╥)I do actively block people who incite targeted harassment on people through either malice or negligence. I do not condone unproductive and harmful behaviour.✦ REPLY HABITS ✦
